The founders of The Curated Residence have a meticulous eye for spatial planning and an innate ability to create rooms with atmosphere.

With backgrounds in marketing and fashion, interior design was a natural progression for the duo. Their combined creativity allows them to bring a sense of romance to a space—after all, the goal is for someone to fall in love with your property.

Having designed and renovated multiple personal properties, they were frequently asked by friends to design and style their spaces. After successfully reimagining an entire family home that wasn’t selling, the timing felt right to launch The Curated Residence. (By the way, that home sold in just 24 hours—for the full asking price.)

The duo has an enviable black book of property magicians who can handle everything from refreshing paintwork and installing furniture to giving a tired garden a much-needed makeover. Having sourced and collected art and furniture for years, The Curated Residence boasts a resource of heirloom-worthy objects, modern art, and eclectic furniture, all used to bring spaces to life.

Their versatile approach allows them to work on everything from high-spec design schemes to projects with limited budgets. They offer a variety of styles, including Parisian chic, Scandinavian minimalism, to clean modern luxury, urban cool, and English atmospheric elegance, to name a few.
